Waterside Village is located in the City of Richmond’s popular Steveston community. Only a half-block to the waterfront, Waterside Village provided more townhome and retail inventory to an area dominated by condo buildings. Units were created to be affordable to move-up homebuyers and offered customization options not available from other developments.
