Overview

Recognizing the future demand for transit and roadway connected homes, Tien Sher secured the site for Alexander Walk and set about to revive the Queensborough community. A mix of fully detached and duplex townhomes provided 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes for homebuyers to choose from in this amenity-rich location. The development also provided two retail units in a detached street corner building with two townhomes above.
