Innovation District

In Partnership with Stryke, over the next ten years, we will transform the architectural landscape with 12 buildings, some reaching 12 storeys high, housing over 1,500 residences, as well as creating thriving retail and office environments. The heart of this development, the Innovation District, will sprawl over a 10-acre site adjacent to the regional hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical office complex with commercial spaces available for investment as strata. As it nears completion, this district promises to be an emblem of growth and progress in the community.
