Overview
The second building in Tien Sher’s master-planned Quattro development, Quattro 2 sold out in just 67 minutes. Quattro 2 was victim of arson and burnt to the ground, also taking out the nearby wing of Quattro 1. Vowing publically to rebuild, Tien Sher managed the reconstruction of Quattro 1 and 2 with minimal delays to the homebuyers and investors. Since then, Tien Sher has been recognized as an expert in new home development circles as a fire remediation and construction company.
