Overview

Framed as the first completed six-story (6) wood-frame condo building in British Columbia. Quattro 3 continues the rebuilding and transformation of the historic Whalley community in the City of Surrey’s new downtown core. The higher density provided greater housing affordability through building taller wood-frame structure thanks to BC’s revised building code and wood-frame technologies.
