Overview
Working with the City of Richmond the two subject properties were assembled and rezoned to permit the construction of six new single-family homes. Construction included incorporating universal standards allowing homeowners to ‘age-in-place’ with adaptable interiors accommodating changes to lifestyle and mobility.
